a) When Users enter information through terminal operations.

f) To improve Company Services, etc., and consider new services that the Company may offer.
g) To investigate and analyze the usage status of Company Services, etc.
h) To fulfill the procedures related to User identification verification by the Company or a third party commissioned by the Company, ensuring proper use of Company Services, etc. by Users.
3.Sharing and Restriction on the Use of Personal Information
a) When providing a delivery destination to a delivery company for the purpose of arranging delivery of the auctioned Goods or the stored Cards under Wabbit Cards.
b) When requested to present personal information by a court, public prosecutor’s office, police, tax office, bar association, or any other institution with equivalent authority.
c) When disclosing such information to a credit card company, credit card payment agency, financial institution, or collection agency to settle charges through a credit card, or any other payment method used by the User.
d) When the Company deems it necessary to disclose such information to attorneys or other individuals bound by confidentiality obligations to the Company in the operation of Wabbit Cards.
e) When disclosing such information to a business successor of the Company due to a merger, business transfer, or any other reason.
f) As permitted by law.

Furthermore, during consulting, privacy-mark applications, and ISMS application operations, the Company may jointly perform duties with a third party, and in such cases, the handling of personal information may be entrusted.

If a User identifies an error in their personal information and requests correction, addition, or deletion, the Company will thoroughly examine the information and respond promptly.

When it would violate laws and regulations.
Generally, information other than personal information, such as access logs, will not be disclosed.

8.With regard to SSL (Secure Socket Layer)
The Company will protect personal data it deems to be necessary by SSL encrypted communications to ensure security. Further, personal information is strictly controlled pursuant to the Company’s prescribed standards, and measures are taken to prevent access, loss, destruction, falsification, unauthorized dissemination, and virus infection through the installation of firewalls and the maintenance of anti-virus measures.

Cookies are a mechanism that temporarily stores certain textual information as data in a communication device used by a User, and identifies the User based on that data every time a connection is made.
As Cookies cannot identify individuals on a non-consolidated basis, they are not considered to be within a category of personal information. As it is possible for Users to either allow or not use Cookies in their Web browsers, Users can also disable Cookies.
In order to measure the number of times advertisements are displayed in Wabbit Cards, Cookies may be sent by the advertising system of a third party company other than the Company.

Introduction
Wabbit Points System
Users can earn Wabbit Points by making purchases of trading card accessories on our online store.
For every 50 USD spent on eligible products, users will receive 1 Wabbit Point credited to their account.
The Wabbit Points will be calculated based on the final purchase amount after any discounts, excluding taxes, shipping fees, or other non-product related charges.
Wabbit Points will be credited to the user’s account within 24 hours after the successful completion of the purchase.
Users can redeem their Wabbit Points as a form of payment for trading card accessories on our online store.
Users may use Wabbit Points to cover all or part of their purchase amount, subject to the available Wabbit Points balance.
Users may also choose to pay using electronic payment methods, such as PayPal, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc., without using Wabbit Points.
Wabbit Points do not have an expiration date and can be used indefinitely as long as the user’s account remains active.
Account and Privacy
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including their username and password.
Users are responsible for all activities that occur under their account.
