If your card is lost or damaged, you can use this as a reference for insurance coverage.
Ensure the card is protected by wrapping it carefully in cushioning materials and filling any gaps to prevent movement inside the cardboard packaging. Enclose the Shipment Form and securely seal it with duct tape.
If you plan to send 21 or more cards to Wabbit, please ensure to download the provided CSV file, complete it accurately, and email it to service@Wabbit.co.jp as an attachment. Once we have reviewed the information, we will email you the shipment reference number.
Once we receive your auction cards, we will make every effort to list them in one of our auctions within 20 business days from the time we complete the processing of those cards.
We use Yu-Pack for cards with a total value of 500,000 yen or less, and general registered mail for cards with a total value greater than that but less than 5 million yen.
For more information on shipping insurance, please visit the Post Office website. Cards worth more than 5 million yen will be sent via general registered mail, with insurance coverage of up to 5 million yen. Alternatively, you can arrange to pick up the cards at Wabbit’s Tokyo headquarters, located in Nihonbashi. Please contact us if you require any additional assistance.
Items worth less than 300,000 yen are exempt from charges, while those worth between 300,000 and 500,000 yen are subject to a 420 yen fee. Charges for general registered mail will apply to items valued at 500,000 yen or more, and will vary depending on the insurance coverage selected.
Insurance coverage is calculated based on the transaction value, and you may adjust it when you submit the shipment. The amount entered will be used to calculate the corresponding insurance premiums.
You have the option to utilize your own insurance for the shipping service of your choice.
Please enter the provided tracking number from either the Shipment Submission Completion page or the “Shipment Submission History” section in your account when sending your card to Wabbit. For more information on the tracking number for items shipped from Wabbit, please see My Vault.
