・Our premises are equipped with 24-hour security surveillance and implemented restricted access to our storage facilities.
・An independent accounting firm performs periodic inventory counts to assure accuracy and accountability.

What happens if counterfeit item are traded?

What is the reason for verifying your identity?

In Wabbit, we conduct thorough verification of user information, including names, addresses, and birthdates.
For users residing overseas, we verify names and birthdates as a minimum requirement.

Furthermore, our proactive approach to identity verification during the registration process eliminates the need for redundant verification when selling items.

What happens if I don’t verify my identity?

Users who haven’t completed the identity verification process on Volt may experience restrictions on their access to certain features and transaction capabilities.

Therefore, if you intend to engage in activities like auctions or other similar transactions, we strongly advise you to initiate and complete the verification process promptly.

What do I need to verify my identity?

For individuals located in Hong Kong, the identity verification process entails capturing images of the necessary identity documents and undergoing facial recognition.

For individuals residing outside of Hong Kong, the procedure involves capturing images of the requisite identity documents exclusively.

We kindly request all users to ensure they have the essential identity documents ready for the verification process. This will help facilitate a smooth and efficient verification experience.

What identity verification documents can I use?

You may utilize an identity document containing a photograph of your face for the purpose of identity verification.
Such documents include, but are not limited to, the following:

– Driver’s license
– Driving history record
– My Number Card
– Residence Card (Zairyu Card)
– Passport (for individuals residing overseas)

If you do not possess any of the documents listed above or have any inquiries regarding the verification process, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for additional assistance.

How long does the identity verification process take?

Our review process typically takes just one business day to complete.
If the information you’ve supplied, such as your name and address, is accurate and aligns with the details on your identity document, we will finalize the process concurrently with the conclusion of the identity verification procedure.
This ensures a prompt and efficient verification experience for our users.

Unable to verify identity

In certain instances, the identity verification process may encounter challenges due to environmental factors.
We kindly request you to review the following points:

– Confirm that your operating system and browser are running the latest versions, and proceed with updates if necessary.
– Utilize a supported browser, such as Safari for iOS or Chrome for Android.
– Ensure that your surroundings have appropriate lighting, avoiding excessive brightness or darkness. Adjust the ambient lighting and the position of light sources as needed.
– Verify that your face is fully visible and not obstructed by glasses or masks. Please remove any accessories and retake the required photos.

– Membership number

– Front-facing and side-view images of your face, one for each perspective (a total of 3 images)
