What is Buyback?

Wabbit is offering to acquire graded cards currently in your possession. Our evaluation process relies on historical transaction data to determine a fair market value. We facilitate transactions for cards in your immediate possession, and those already securely deposited in Wabbit’s Vault.

What are the benefits of selling to Wabbit?

Wabbit distinguishes itself from traditional auction listings by providing immediate purchasing options, ensuring swift sales in a rapidly evolving market. We encourage you to utilise our purchasing service if you seek a prompt and efficient method to sell cards amid dynamic market conditions.

Buying Method

To sell graded cards in your possession, navigate to the purchasing option and select “Buyback.” If you already have cards stored in Wabbit’s Vault, you can easily initiate the transaction directly from “My Vault.”

Are identification documents necessary for selling items?

At Wabbit, as we conduct thorough identity verification during the membership registration process, there’s no requirement for additional identification when selling your items.

What can I sell to Wabbit through Buyback?

We offer appraisals for all graded cards.
You can confidently entrust Wabbit with graded cards that other companies may decline to purchase.

When using Buyback, is obtaining an assessment from Wabbit the only step necessary to proceed?

Once you’ve reviewed the Buyback assessment results, you have multiple options; You can sell to Wabbit, list the cards on Auction, or cancel the transaction altogether.

When can you expect to receive payment for your cards?

The proceeds from your card sales will be provided as a balance within Wabbit, which you can utilize for payments on Wabbit itself.
Furthermore, you have the option to transfer this balance to your personal bank account by submitting a transfer request.
Transfer requests are processed on a weekly basis, with a deadline on Tuesday, and the transfers are executed sequentially starting from Wednesday onwards.

Is the purchase amount considered final after the appraisal stage?

The ultimate confirmation of the purchase amount occurs when you physically bring the cards to Wabbit or send them by mail.
During this stage, we assess the card’s condition and consider any significant shifts in the market environment.
If we discover any noticeable scratches or defects on the card slabs, adjustments to the price may be made, so it’s important to be aware of this possibility.
Furthermore, in cases of authenticity concerns, the purchase may be canceled.

What exactly is Hammer Guarantee?

Following the assessment for purchasing via Buyback, Wabbit offers Auction listings with a Hammer Guarantee on the Auction. If a card with a Hammer Guarantee does not sell on the Auction, it will be purchased by Wabbit at the assessed value determined during the initial Buyback assessment process.

What benefits does Hammer Guarantee offer for cards appraised through Buyback?

When you list your cards in the Auction, there’s a chance they could fetch a higher price than the initial Buyback offer. And if the Auction ends without any bids on your card, Wabbit guarantees the purchase, ensuring that your card sells without any hassle.
