Can the seller accept a previously rejected offer?

No, a seller cannot accept a previously rejected offer.

What happens if neither User pays after the terms have been agreed upon?

If either User fails to pay the transaction fees, the Trade will be canceled.
Cards that have been cancelled will be returned to the Vault. They can be re-listed at any time from the My Vault page.

Conversely, the User who fails to pay will be blacklisted and will no longer be able to transact on Wabbit.

Who pays the transaction fee, and when?

There are no costs associated with listing a card. When Trade terms are agreed upon, each User will need to pay 550 yen (including tax).

Is it possible to trade with multiple cards?

Yes, you have the option to list multiple cards as a bundle and place bids on multiple cards at the same time.
Trading between multiple participants is also permitted.

If the buyer has to pay the fees, I am afraid that I will end up having to pay more.

Buyer’s Premium will be displayed when entering a bid. After reviewing the final bid amount, including all fees, you can decide whether to submit a bid. Please make sure to include the Buyer’s Premium in your bid.

How can I deposit my cards into the Vault?

To securely deposit your cards into the Vault, kindly follow the steps provided. Alternatively, you may opt to deposit your cards from PSA Hong Kong, allowing us to receive and directly place them into the Vault on your behalf.

What are the benefits of listing your cards with Wabbit?

Can I have cards directly deposited into the Vault from PSA Hong Kong?

We can accept the cards you sent to PSA Hong Kong for grading on your behalf. Those cards will be immediately deposited in the Vault.

I’d like to list my card on Wabbit’s Auction, but that sounds a little intimidating.

To list your cards on the Auction, simply indicate whether or not you would like to have a starting bid set, and send your graded cards to us. The cards that are already deposited will be listed as they are. Wabbit will handle the rest, including providing detailed descriptions and capturing high-resolution images.

Please note that cards without a starting bid will be listed with an initial price of 1,000 (JPY). If you prefer a specific starting bid, you can set your own starting bid.

How can you offer this service for free?

We take advantage of economies of scale, which helps to reduce per-card storage costs to a level that we can cover. We pass on the entire benefit to our users, allowing everyone to enjoy the services for free.
There will be a separate release charge only if the item was never transacted or attempted to be transacted after entering the Vault.
