A holo card is a type of card with a special finish. The entirety, or a portion of the card sparkles.
To ship items, please note that shipping and packaging fees are obligatory. Moreover, in the event that a card held in the vault is not auctioned and is subsequently released, a separate release fee will be incurred. For complete details, click here.
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the selection of specific delivery dates and times.
A tracking number will be provided when your order is shipped. To stay updated on the status of your shipment, please make use of the carrier’s tracking service. Additionally, you can find the tracking number in My Vault.
Our shipping process is facilitated by the postal service offered by Hong Kong Post.

After securing the bid for your desired items, please proceed to the payment page and select “Other address” from the dropdown menu labeled “Select mailing address.” Make sure to provide all the required information accurately. Please note that SMS authentication is necessary for this step.
When specifying your delivery destination, you have the option to choose to pick-up your items at any of our Wabbit offices. If you would like to collect your items at one of our offices, please provide the following details to service@Wabbit.co.jp:

You can initiate the shipping process through the “Send/List” form on the screen.
Please provide the required information following the display on the shipping application page.
Then, print the shipping application form, enclose it with the cards, and send them.
Once your order has been shipped, please enter your tracking number in the “Shipping Request History” section of your account in order to complete the shipping process.
How to Send a Card to Wabbit:
To begin the shipping process, select “Sell/Send” or “Vault” from the menu.
Select whether you want to send your card to the Vault or the Auction.
The process is simple, just enter the following:
■ Appraisal company
■ Certificate Number
■ Self-declared value
If you have a large collection of cards:
■ Send them in several shipments.
■ For bulk input, use CSV, and finish the process via email.
If there are no issues with the entered card information:
Please select the Shipping Application option.
Print the shipping application form, pack it with the cards, and mail them.
Choose one of the three delivery options below.
Securely package your valuable cards to ensure their safety.
To complete the process, enter the tracking number from My Page after shipment!
If you have multiple shipping application forms, it is best to pack them all together and send them as one package.
It is also possible to deliver directly to Wabbit’s headquarters in Nihonbashi, Tokyo.
Make an email reservation in advance.
There is no need to be concerned about shipping accidents if you have high-value cards.
Personal collection of PSA-authenticated cards is also possible at the PSA Hong Kong branch.
Prior arrangements for a power of attorney must be made via email!
Send them directly to the Wabbit Vault to avoid double shipping costs!
