FAQ’s

Most frequently asked questions

What are the steps involved in assessment cards stored in the Vault?

Please select the cards you intend to sell from ‘My Vault’ and proceed by clicking on ‘Buyback’. At Wabbit, our grading process is relies on market prices and past Auction results to ensure accurate and up-to-date amounts.

The card I won at the auction is not showing up in My Vault

The timing of your card’s visibility in My Vault hinges on whether the seller listed cards directly from their collection or had already deposited them. In cases where cards were already deposited, they should be visible immediately. However, if the seller listed cards from their collection, a brief delay may occur during the transfer process.
Please be rest assured as our team is actively overseeing these procedures, and we kindly ask for your continued patience. Your card will be accessible in My Vault as soon as the transfer process is successfully completed.

Could you specify the duration of validity for the provided assessed value?

The assessment remains valid for three days from the presentation of the amount. Please decide whether you would like to sell, list with an Hammer Guarantee, or cancel within the validity period.
